White Collar Boy

White Collar Boy are a two piece electronic group from Dublin. Gavin White and Mark Cummins met at Primavera Sound Festival in Barcelona 2011 and their shared passion for electronic composition inevitably led the pair to merge their creative endeavors to what would eventually become White Collar Boy.

Drawing influence from all types of independent and alternative, left of centre music, their debut EP ‘Solar Midnight’ was released in November 2011 and garnered much interest from both press and audience alike (free download http://whitecollarboy.bandcamp.com/album/solar-midnight ). In January of this year their track ‘Capslock (ft Gemma Dunlovely)’ debuted with an accompanying video made by the 1441 Collective. To date we have supported numerous notable touring electronic acts such as Factory Floor, Com Truise, Creep and Soul Clap.

Their first physical release, 'Kinsale'. comes on May 25th 2012 in the form of an independent 12” vinyl (limited to 250 hand numbered copies) featuring artwork from Berlin based Photographer Matthias Heiderich and Dublin based Graphic Designer Shane Kenna
