    Note: Admission is strictly by full ticket only. Please have your ticket available for inspection at main entrance to the venue. Tickets must be retained for duration of event.

    • There will be no tickets available to purchase on site.

    • Entrance will be only allowed to persons of age 18 or over.

    • Accreditation closes at 8pm. Accreditation will be resolved on a case-by-case basis after that.

  • Weekend Tickets:

    Entry to the event for a weekend ticket holder is only possible with a valid weekend ticket.

    Your ticket will be scanned once upon arrival each day of the festival.

    Re-entry is not permitted on the same day.

    Tickets should be kept during the entire festival to enter the festival premises freely.

    Tickets are transferable via your Ticketmaster account, if you would like to pass on your ticket to someone else. We do not offer resale options for this event tickets are non-refundable, name on the ticket must match ID.

    Proof of age may be required for all ticket types. Please ensure that you have ID with you in case you are asked.

    Single Day Tickets:

    Kilmainham is a residential area, and we ask all concert goers to respect the local community. Do not park illegally or in residential areas.

    It is a 5-minute walk to Heuston station Luas and Train. The site is also well serviced by Dublin bus.

  • Getting There: Vehicles with a mobility impaired badge will be permitted to approach the concerts via Military Road or Bow Lane where they will be directed to the East Gate and from there to the Mobility Impaired Car Park. No special ticket is required.

    Facilities: Accessible Sanitary facilities will be provided as well as mobility impaired seating platform at the main stage.

  • DO'S:

    • Dress appropriately for the weather. The festival takes place outdoors on the grounds (grass lawns) of Royal Hospital Kilmainham. No umbrellas (wear your best rain coat!)

    • Bar and catering facilities are available; we operate the “Challenge 25” policy at our bars on site. This means that anyone who looks 25 years or under can expect to be asked for ID. Please drink responsibly.

    • Please be respectful of the grounds of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham and the locality of Kilmainham which is a residential area.

    • Consider our good neighbour policy and leave the venue quietly

    • Remember your card and charge your phone as this is a cashless event.

      DON’TS:

      WARNING! Urinating inside and outside the event premises is a Public Order Offence. Person's seen urinating in public will be permanently removed from festival grounds without warning and will be prosecuted. Please use the toilets provided.

      Smoking is permitted in dedicated areas only.

      Do not make noise leaving the venue.

    • Professional photographic equipment is not allowed. (this applies to cameras that have detachable lenses)

    • Drones are not allowed.

    • Umbrellas are not allowed.

    • Spray canisters / Smoke Bombs / Gas canisters are not allowed.

    • Megaphones are not allowed.

    • High Vis Clothing is not allowed.

  • A First Aid Tent / Ambulance Vehicle will be situated at the event.

    Note that alcohol should be consumed in moderation.

  • Standard 750ml plastic re-usable water bottles are permitted. They must be empty on arrival. No metal bottles are permitted.

    Lost & found will be located at the information point on site. If you have lost something during the event head to the info tent.

    After the event Lost property will be open on Monday the 3rd between 10 - 3pm and Tuesday the 4th Between 10 - 3pm.

    After the Show, please email podlostproperty@gmail.com for all lost property queries.

    After this period, all unclaimed forms of ID will be posted back to the relevant departments.

    • Bank cards will be posted back to the banks.

    • Passports will be sent back to the passport office.

    • Driver’s license will be posted back to the NDLS.

    Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for these departments to receive these items before getting in touch.

    Umbrellas will not be returned.

    All unclaimed Items such as phones, keys, jewelry, wallets, etc. will be given to local garda station.

    The Promoter does not take responsibility for any stolen or lost items.

    • Overexposure to loud and excessive music may be damaging to your hearing.

    • Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting/special effects may take place during some performances.

  • 1. By purchasing or accepting a ticket to the concerts, you are accepting the following terms & conditions.

    2. Right of admission reserved.

    3. Anti-social behavior will not be tolerated. You risk being ejected from the event without a refund.

    4. By attending Concerts @ RHK, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Concerts at RHK and Pod Festivals LTD.

    5. Unauthorized professional photography or use of professional recording equipment is prohibited and zoom lenses; audio visual or cinematographic devices will not be permitted on site.

    6. You are not permitted to bring any liquids or alcohol to the festival. Liquids and alcohol will be confiscated.

    7. You may be searched upon entry to the festival. If you are in possession of illegal substances, you may be arrested. Anyone found carrying illicit items will have them confiscated and may be removed from the festival and passed over to the Garda as a result.

    8. No large bags will be permitted at the concert site. Bags A4 size & smaller will be subject to security checks on entry. Those with no bags will be fast tracked into the arena.

    9. No trading allowed onsite without the Promoters’ prior consent.

    10. No unauthorized vehicles will be allowed on site.

    11. Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change. The Promoters are not liable for the payment of any compensation or loss of money and/or expenses incurred.

    12. Your safety is of utmost importance to us. On rare occasions we may have to close arenas and/or stages. The reason for any closure or restriction may include technical or operational reasons, inclement weather, capacity, or to ensure the safety and security of guests.

    13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss and/or damage suffered by you as a result of any event outside of our control. Any personal property brought to the event is at your own risk.

    14. Strobe lighting and lasers may be used at the festival on the stages.

    15. Prolonged exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing.

    16. Fires are not permitted anywhere onsite. Those involved with starting a fire or throwing anything onto the fire will be removed from site and not refunded.

    17. Please be aware that the event is outdoor standing. We have no control over the weather, so you are strongly advised to bring appropriate clothing and footwear to the festival.

    We will share your personal data with the data processors that help us to provide the Services. Any data processors with whom we share your personal data are limited (by law and by contract) in their ability to use your personal data for any purpose other than to provide services for us.
